They say you need money to look smart but they also say money can’t buy you happiness. Well don’t know about happiness but you definitely don’t need money to look smart, not always though. One needs to be more creative and willing to do with what one has. Here are a few tips with just might help you to look smart without breaking your bank or having the need to break into a bank.
1Full-Sleeve shirt with shorts
The summers are still on so you might want to wear something which may let the air pass in but something that makes you look tidy. A long sleeve shirt along with shorts may just be what you’re looking for.
Choose a nice linen/cotton shirt, try going for bright colours and tuck them/don’t tuck them in depending on what you feel you can carry better.
Try folding those sleeves to get some extra air to your body without looking untidy.
There, that is a great match to make you cross this heat and welcome the Autumn.
2Blazer with Jeans
If you’re one of those who feel too old in a suit, or if you feel you can’t carry one off, how about you go semi-formal with a blazer and wear it along with a nice t-shirt. Add a nice denim to the combination and you will complete one casual-slash-formal attire without having to spend much.
Go for a nice leather belt with a decent buckle to make you look smart and not a teenager. Complete it all with a pair of sneakers or slip-ons and you will be complete and ready to work/party/chill.
3Blazer with shirt and chinos
If you’re feeling that a jeans and tee don’t go with blazers, how about you forget the t-shirt and replace it with a plain, bright shirt. The colour combination would play a key part here so make sure your blazer matches with your shirt which further matches with your chinos.
Chinos are an important part of this whole combination as they would cover the longest part of your body and thus be the most visible part of your attire.
Goes without saying, don’t forget those shoes. Men are judged by the shoes they are wearing so if you wish to compliment whatever it is you are wearing up-top, make sure you do that by wearing the best pair of shoes that give your clothes the respect they deserve.
4Leather jacket and jeans
This one never dies, never goes out of fashion and the leather jacket is just the most sexy thing ever invented
Get that black biker sorts leather jacket, wear a white/black tee inside to go with that sexy thing you’re wearing on the top.
Wear jeans underneath, preferably a dark pair so that you don’t mess up the whole leather jacket feel. There, you are ready to look good, maybe hot as well.
5Crew neck jumper and shirt
The perfect way to go through the entire autumn/winter. A nice jumper along with a tailored shirt, with the best fit so that it’s not loose. You may chose to tuck or not but make sure the collar is right up where it should be and is looking sharp.
Wear it with your favourite denims and add your sneakers/loafers to complete a perfect attire.
